De la façon dont le membre Fossiland de Jean Phillip Schohn dit ebay.fr m'a déchiré Sur cet emplacement j'aime avertir tout le monde, à de ne pas faire le buisness avec le fossiland, le powerseller ebay et le propriétaire de cette page - fossiland.site.voila.fr (cette page semble être arrêtée) mais d'essayer celui-ci. http://membres.lycos.fr/fossiles2002/photoalbum.html ou son magasin ebay.
Après gain de l'enchère sur ebay, c'était un problème continu au sattle le paiement et l'envoi de l'article de gain. L'enchère a fini le 25ème décembre, mais seulement le 28ème janvier, je pouvais effectuer le paiement, par le banktransfer. Des histoires et des excuses embrouillantes sans fin, celle il ne peut pas, pas, ou n'enverra pas le Psittacosaur. Voir les ses email. Après encore 2 semaines de la discussion et de l'attente j'ai reçu le message que le colis était envoient. En raison du temps retarder, il a dû être envoient à un ami à moi en Allemagne. Le colis est arrivé et le fossile était en raison de l'emballage très négligent, dans le distruction complet. Voir les images. Fossiland m'a indiqué que les choses comme, ``le packing´´ expert de paleo, coutume de ´ ``ont cassé l'item´´, ``vous frein l'article, parce que vous didn´t aimez l'it´´, ``les os du dinosaur ne sont pas les mêmes comme dans le sending´´ et ainsi de suite ........................... Naturellement, il n'est pas responsable et ne remboursera pas. Il a également nié pour rapporter le demage à se lève. J'ai rapporté le demage à se lève. Le colis a été repris du du lever, pour repèrer le demage. Que lui était resended en France - fossiland. Se lève seulement negoiate avec l'expéditeur (Jean Phillip Schohn). S'il obtenait remboursé et encaissé dedans une plus de fois, je ne sais pas, il ne répond pas plus. Maintenant il a mon paiement, resended Psittacosaur et peut-être le remboursement de se lève. Pour rapporter ceci à ebay, le temps s'épuisait allready, fossilands strechted la synchronisation pour faire la protestation sufficent sur l'impossiple ebay. Ebay les a indiqués ne peut pas ne faire rien, mais me soutiendra si je rapporte ceci à la police. J'ai laissé une rétroaction négative et obtiendrai un avocat. Sur cet emplacement je montrerai les email, les images du distruction et tout autre opinon de peuples sur le fossiland

Je témoigne à mon tour, ayant eu un différend avec cet individu ("Fossiland"), qui un jour a essayé de me vendre un faux en provenance de Chine.
D'ailleurs, si vous avez quelque peu l'expérience des fossiles, il vous suffira de vous rendre ici pour constater que cette personne est à nouveau en train d'essayer de vendre un faux Psittacosaurus sur Ebay.
C'est une personne tout simplement malhonnête et de mauvaise foi.

After winning the auction on ebay, it was a ongoing problem to sattle the payment and sending of the winning item.

The auction ended on 25th of december, but only on 28th of january, I was able to make payment, by banktransfer. Endless confusing stories and excuses, that he can not, will not, or will send the Psittacosaur. See his emails.

After another 2 weeks of discussing and waiting I got the message that parcel was send.

Because of the time delay, it had to be send to a friend of mine in germany.

The parcel arrived and the fossil was because of very careless packing, in complete distruction.

Fossiland told me things like, ``paleo expert packing´´,´``custom broke item´´, ``you brake the item, because you didn´t like it´´, ``the bones of the dinosaur are not the same like in the sending´´ and so on...........................

Of course, he is not responsible and will not refund. He also denied to report the demage to Ups.

I did report the demage to Ups. The parcel was retaken from Ups, to spot the demage. Than it was resended to france - fossiland. Ups will only negoiate with the sender (Jean Phillip Schohn). If he got refunded and cashed in one more time, I do not know, he is not responding no more. Now he has my payment, the resended Psittacosaur and maybe the refund of Ups.

To report this to ebay, the time was running out allready, fossilands strechted timing to make sufficent protest on ebay impossiple. Ebay told they can not do nothing, but will support me if I report this to police. I left a negative feedback and will get a lawyer.

i have the EXPERT ADVICE (1german PALEO 1french paleo) and he says it's impossible to have this type of broke with handling .because the silicon (the glued) are very solid and left trace on the IRON MATRICE. here there' re NO TRACE.so i think for this reason , and because i say i 'm not responsable to CUSTOM BROKEN in my ANNONCE and i only ship in france this type of parcel , and i NEVER HAD PROBLEMS with French and european people I WILL NOT REFUND MONEY+ low price too.
